There are two types of work
- External work - the tasks expected of you by others
- Internal work - Improve your knowledge daily
There are two types of work that I want to focus on, external work (work of my job, my home and other expectations placed on me) and internal work (reflections, notes, reading, empowerment).
It is important to tend to prioritise your External work as this is what brings in the money to live.
