How do you effortlessly track student data? - attendance - homework - performance - behaviour (if a child is mean to another child etc) - uniform
The method cannot take most of the lesson and must work for "online" learners as well.
Your system must return data to you that needs your attention rather than you having to go and look for patterns
What is a "red flag" student? - getting poor marks in one subject - getting poor marks in more than one subject - missing a certain percentage of school (10% threshold? once every two weeks?)
Have a central database with all the teacher information in it (and student) - We are asked for the same information from many different admin staff - There are many lists for the different departments, HR, local HR, SASAMS staff, payroll, etc.
