The agile culture gets it's power from trusting competent people. When you have a team of competent people with a unified vision who are empowered with the authority to make decisions that effect not only themselves, but the team as well.
- The person closest to the problem is the expert.
- Distribute power throughout the organisation.
A team of brilliant people with average team cohesion has less collective intelligence than a team of average people with brilliant team cohesion.
