Trust your students¶

We must think of Teachers as the largest perpetuators of culture. But students have vision in themselves. - Kids want to learn. - Kids want to be contributing members of society. - Kids want to self improve. - Kids want to be important. - Kids want to be part of something greater than themselves.

How do we as teachers get out of the way. How do we enable them rather that think that we are responsible for who they become. How do we Inspire rather than impart.
