Reducing the number of assessments while keeping the same number of marks - taking one project and developing multi-disciplinary shoot offs that contribute to the whole - taking one project and creating different check-point assessments that come out of that one project. - this can improve quality of work as there is one core focus for an extended period of time vs many small things happening that are disjointed, unrelated and shallow.

How do you get teachers to engage with each other? - as a teacher, the students dont care too much by what I show them with my coding - they go mental when a co-student shows them something that they are working on currently - how do i create a space where teachers can share what they are currently working on vs getting a lecture or a training session from someone they dont care about.
