Gnosis¶
Gnosis means “knowledge” — but not just any knowledge. In Gnostic thought, it refers to a mystical, secret, internal, and salvific knowledge that awakens the soul to its true divine identity and path of escape from the material world.
- Gnosis is not rational, empirical, or public knowledge.
- It’s esoteric — hidden from the masses, revealed to the spiritual elite.
- It leads to self-discovery: “I now know who I truly am — a spark of the divine trapped in matter.”
“The problem isn’t sin; it’s ignorance of your divine nature. Salvation is waking up.”
